Cliff House Hotel, Bournemouth

I had such high hopes for this hotel based on positive experiences, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. While the staff remains friendly and accommodating, which I appreciate, the dining experience fell flat this time around with poorly executed meals. The location is great for accessing nearby attractions, but the issues with meal preparation really tainted my stay. Overall, it seems they have some areas to improve before I consider returning.
